We want every one of our customers to be happy with their tobacco growing experience regardless of whether you are a master gardener or even if this is your first try at developing your "Green Thumb" skills.
Please understand that we make every attempt to provide you with only the very best quality tobacco seeds available from reliable sources located around the world for each variety of our CigPlants Super-Plugs.
However, because seeds are a product of nature, there is no way to determine ahead of time which seed will sprout and which one won't.
For this reason, we place several seeds on each Super-Plug, so you may get
several plants sprouting from one plug and maybe none from the next. Then there are numerous additional outside variables which are outside our control such as improper storage, shipping damage, poor sprouting
conditions etc.
Because there's no way to determine who's at fault with any particular CigPlant Super-Plug, and since we want all of our customers to be happy growers, here's our fair to all Guarantee to you.
"If, for any reason, your CigPlant fails to sprout per our growing instructions,
we will replace your tobacco seeds with instructions on restarting your CigPlant
for just the cost of shipping and handling."
Here's what we want you to do.
1. Save your existing CigPlant plug for restarting your new seed when it arrives.
2. Send us proof of purchase either in the form of a copy of your receipt or the original packaging your CigPlant
came in (which will be returned to you), along with your check or money order in the amount of
$2.95 for each plug that needs replacement seed, to the following address:
